Senior Director, International Benefits leads a global benefits strategy for 60+ countries outside North America, shaping design, delivery, and administration. You will partner with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams to balance global consistency with local relevance while ensuring compliance and cost management. The role sits in the Global HR function and focuses on wellbeing, time-off policies, and international program governance. You will drive transformation and impact employee experience at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the multi-year global benefits framework for international markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
• Build and manage relationships with cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and vendors to drive program value and engagement across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations, including pension and time-off mandates, and optimize vendor performance and costs.
• Communicate program value and secure executive buy-in to support continuous improvement and cost containment.
