Job Overview We are seeking an Account Manager, Partnerships, to join our growing team, based in Spain (ideally in Ibiza or other strategic areas). The Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with homeowners, property management companies, and strategic partners across Spain. You will be responsible for growing our supply portfolio, ensuring top-notch service, and maximizing property performance through strategic price management, exclusive deals, and increased bookings.
Key Responsibilities Account Management
– Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing property owners and management companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
– Serve as the main point of contact for property partners, providing regular performance updates, price management advice, and market insights.
– Partner Acquisition
– Identify, approach, and acquire new property owners and management companies across Spain to expand our portfolio of luxury villas and vacation rentals.
– Performance Optimization
– Analyze property performance data and advise property partners on pricing, availability, and market trends to improve booking rates and profitability.
– Collaborate with local and international brands to create value-added services and packages for guests and property owners.
Keep up-to-date with the local luxury travel and villa rental market, understanding trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the business and property partners.
– Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to represent One of a Kind Travel and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements – Account Manager Partnerships (Spain) Experience
~3–5 years in Account Management, Business Development, or Partner/Supply Acquisition (hospitality, travel, villas, or real estate preferred).
~ Experience with pricing, occupancy insights, and performance optimization.
~ Comfortable managing a sales/acquisition pipeline and meeting targets.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and advise partners.
Fluent Spanish & English (required).
Other languages (Dutch, French, Italian) are a plus.
