Your role and key responsibilities
- Member of the facility construction management team cell production
- Takeover the site management battery specific infrastructure / MEP of a sub project
- Professional lead of external consultants and contractors
- Implementation, compliance and independent further development of facility engineering standards
- Ensure the overall schedule taking quality and cost goals into consideration
- Implementation LEAN management
- Familar with contract standards like CCDC, FIDIC, VOB
- Coordination of commissioning and acceptances
- Coordination of handing over to facility management
- Coordination and working together with the Headquater in Salzgitter, plant network (e.g. Salzgitter, St. Thomas)
- Coordination and working togehter with different departmanent like HSE, HR, finance, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, logistic, technical areas, legal from the requirement site as well for permission or legal requirement or contractual points
What you bring to the team
* University degree in Electrical engineering preferred with a MEP background or similar education
* 10 years of experience in industrial warehouse construction.
