Are you passionate about the tech industry and possess the strategic vision to drive business results across international markets? We are looking for an entrepreneurial Category Manager to lead the consumer strategy for Spain and the Nordic markets.

Location: Madrid (Hybrid model, average 2 days per week, adaptable).
The Project: Driving business results for one of the world's most influential tech categories within the EMEA region.
Your Mission
You will be the engine behind the category’s performance, planning and executing Go-to-Market strategies to maximize seasonal sales beats (Back to School, Holiday, Spring) and strengthening partnerships with key hardware ecosystem players.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute category sales plans that capitalize on key market-level seasonal selling beats.
Silicon Partnership Leadership: Effectively partner with silicon providers to drive ecosystem strategy and GTM alignment in Spain and the Nordics.
Assortment Management: Partner with Sales to land the right device portfolio by retail partner, ensuring differentiation and market share growth.
Promotional Programs: Land strong consumer offers to stay competitive and drive incremental sell-thru via well-funded programs.
Conversion Optimization: Drive “always‑on” in‑store and online marketing that lands key messaging and increases service attachments (subscriptions/services).
Who We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is a significant plus.
Experience: 4+ years in Category Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Business Planning.
Communication: Proven executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Analytical Acumen: Sharp skills to review and manage budgets, market data, and complex deal opportunities.
Adaptability: Experience successfully navigating complex, matrixed international environments. xhfqzwm
