Solid knowledge of Spain and Portugal as travel destinations.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable managing multiple bookings, suppliers, and last-minute changes.
Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Previous experience in travel agencies, DMCs, or hospitality will be highly valued.Your main tasks:
Managing hotel, driver, guide, and experience reservations.
Communicating with local partners to confirm services and logistics.
Supporting Travel Designers in the coordination of itineraries.
Ensuring every trip runs smoothly and to the highest standard.What we offer:
