**Job Description**:
Are you ready to help us invent the future? As an E-Commerce Business Analyst Iberia you will report to the E-commerce Manager, working within the E-commerce team and with the E-KAM responsible for Amazon.
In this position you will bring your expertise in digital marketing, being responsible for content, advertising, product information management, channel development and innovation to accelerate our e-commerce growth.
**What you´ll do**
- Identify trends, insights, whitespace opportunities for e-commerce/digital to accelerate growth and build a business model to capitalize on e-commerce.
- Analyze and report e-commerce sales data and insights related to the main digital KPI’s followed by BIC across retailers.
- Be responsible for digital content adaptation and development for the Iberian market.
- Collaborate with marketing team in the development of digital marketing and media investments for e-retailers.
- Collaborate with Spanish Key Account Managers on e-commerce business of Brick & Mortars and B2B customers to maximize internal knowledge of the retailer/customer and share challenges and best practices.
**Project you’ll work on**:
- Work in cross collaboration with E-retail European team to drive e-commerce growth.
- Product data management (PIM) on e-retailers
- Manage and optimize search and display campaigns (networking with BIC partners agencies)
This experience will enable you to develop skills and gain knowledge on e-Commerce business concerns & objectives and develop solid competencies on e-retail operations.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree. Marketing background will be a plus
- 3+ years working experience preferably in FMCG companies
- Experience in e-commerce
- Fluent in English and Spanish spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- You’re used to work in teams with attitude towards innovation and Out-of-the-Box thinking
- You are data driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
