Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead and manage client interactions within your designated area (Catalonia, Valencia, and Balearic Islands) to ensure customer loyalty through our Service products.
- Increase sales volume and profitability of our Service portfolio.
- Plan activities and set objectives within the Service Sales team.
- Launch and promote sales campaigns for Service-related products.
- Provide technical and commercial advice to clients across the designated region.
- Collaborate on cross-selling initiatives with the new equipment sales team and other GEA technology sales teams.
- Review and understand technical reports from the field team to facilitate effective client communication.
- Participate in trade fairs, promoting service equipment sales alongside new equipment sales.
- Provide market feedback (competition, trends, etc.) to the service equipment sales management team.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical); Chemical or Electrical Engineering also considered.
Electrical and/or industrial process knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong customer orientation and goal-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
- Knowledge of sales processes, organizational methods, and ERP tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.
