, a European IT consultancy and ERP implementation partner, is looking for a

Senior ERP Sales Manager

to join our growing team in Spain. This is a strategic, senior-level role for someone who thrives on driving end-to-end enterprise sales processes—from identifying key opportunities to negotiating and signing complex ERP contracts. If you are motivated by tangible impact, collaboration, and measurable success, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead the full sales cycle for our ERP and digital transformation solutions, from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct discovery sessions and high-level presentations with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Design and execute closing strategies that navigate procurement, legal, and technical approval processes. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our ERP and software portfolio, addressing client pain points across finance, operations, and supply chain. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to optimize proposals and customer experience. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to the company’s go-to-market and growth strategy in the Spanish and broader European market. Who You Are (The Idóneo Candidate) Experienced Closer:

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales. Senior-Level Professional:

7+ years of experience in a similar sales management or account executive role. ERP Expertise:

Strong understanding of ERP modules, integrations, and implementation cycles. Excellent Communicator:

Native-level English speaker (Spanish is a plus), with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. Strategic and Self-Driven:

Capable of managing complex deals independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Based in Spain:

Legally eligible to work in Spain, with the ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events. What We Offer Full-Time Employment:
