Responsibilities * Ensure predictable and stable operations across Enterprise Applications. * Bring discipline and transparency to demand intake and prioritization. * Reduce recurring operational noise through structured root cause management. * Establish meaningful KPIs that provide clear visibility and accountability. * Ensure professional, confident communication with business stakeholders. * Own operational readiness and transition from project delivery into steady‑state support. * Shape a mature Regional Support Model aligned with enterprise standards. * Contribute to enterprise‑level decision‑making as part of the EnSite leadership team.
