As a SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be an integral part of the IT Global HR Portfolio Team, supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other Global HR Systems.
Your main responsibilities include contributing to and advising on the implementation and evolution of SAP modules and other Global HR SaaS applications. You should understand customer requirements and recommend design and configuration improvements. Additionally, you'll ensure alignment with business needs, act as an interface with the Global HR Technology team, and perform system configuration and liaise with other IT teams.
Your Role
As a SAP SuccessFactors SME, your main responsibilities will involve :
* Collaborating with Global and local HR teams to implement, maintain, and enhance SuccessFactors functionalities within the goals of the Global HR Systems Portfolio and Zurich’s IT strategy.
* Working with the Applications Support team to oversee SF system administration for modules such as Talent & Development, Performance & Goals, Recruitment Management, and Marketing. Responsibilities include support, documentation review, impact analysis, change request supervision, and defect resolution. Oversight of other non-SAP systems is also required.
* Participating in implementation projects for new systems and modules, ensuring clear IT deliverables and quality reviews of configurations, permissions, integrations, data, and security assessments.
* Coordinating with suppliers and HR to implement SAP releases and updates, ensuring HR understanding and recommending improvements or decommissioning when appropriate.
* Acting as a liaison between HR CoEs, Global HR Technology, and IT within your area of responsibility.
Your Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have :
1. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably with an IT background, and at least 3 years supporting SuccessFactors systems in multinational organizations.
2. High proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Talent and Development modules; experience with other modules like Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Employee Central, Compensation, Opportunities Marketplace, and Onboarding is a plus.
3. Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR technologies (SAP HCM, ServiceNow) and non-HR applications; SAP Cloud Platform integrations are advantageous.
4. Result-oriented, proactive, persistent, and capable of managing challenging situations.
5. Experience working in multicultural environments with virtual teams, demonstrating intercultural awareness and teamwork skills.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
