Your Role & Impact:
As our brand ambassador, you will breathe life into dreams through engaging phone conversations with prospective students and their parents. Our sales structure is meticulously crafted to elevate your skills from an average sales professional to a master of persuasion. You will receive a steady stream of warm, inbound leads, and your proficiency in soft selling techniques will be vital for successful student recruitment. Medical knowledge is not a prerequisite; what truly matters are your passion, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales acumen.

Who We're Seeking:
Minimum of 2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience (MANDATORY REQUIREMENT).

Your growth is our top priority, and we invest in your success. We provide a comprehensive training program until you feel confident handling calls independently, typically within 3-4 days. Once fully trained, you'll have the option to work remotely in this full-time role.

But that's not all - we offer weekly, quarterly, and annual opportunities for advancement within the position. Our top sales team members will mentor you, ensuring you reach your highest potential. Dedicate just one month to us, and you'll witness a transformation in your mindset, income, and skill set.

Compensation and Development:
Committing to this journey means joining a culture that values and rewards dedication. Your starting salary will be in the range of £19,000 - £21,000 per year, based on your telesales experience. This translates to on-target earnings of £30,000 in your first year. However, our compensation structure is designed to recognize and reward success, meaning your potential income is limitless.

Our top sales agents, on a commission-based contract, consistently earn a minimum of £60,000 per year, with average salespeople achieving around £40,000 per year. This dynamic role serves as the adecuado launchpad for sales professionals seeking to refine their skills and make a meaningful impact.

To support your product knowledge, we have designed a unique plan for the first month of learning. During this period, you will familiarize yourself with our organization, services, and selling techniques while earning a base of £700 for the first month. After this training period, you'll transition to a commission-based payment structure, where the sky's the limit for your earnings. This model has proven successful for our sales team, with high achievers and extraordinary performers earning between £40,000-£60,000 per year in commission. Please note that this is not a salaried position with a fixed monthly income; it targets only confident salespeople who are excited to work within this payment structure.

Work Flexibility:
Embrace the freedom of working remotely from the comfort of your home. Our top-performing commission-based salespeople typically invest between 40-50 hours per week, so a full-time commitment is required for this role. We do not accept part-time applicants.

Hiring Process:
We believe in a streamlined and transparent hiring process:
Quiz: You will be presented with some basic information on a random topic and take a short multiple-choice quiz to assess your ability to recall key facts. This step, completed in approximately 15 minutes, ensures we are bringing onboard individuals capable of quick learning and fact retention.

Interview: Successful quiz applicants will proceed to an interview stage, where we further explore your skills, experiences, and fit with our team.

Decision: We make timely decisions and provide feedback to all interviewees.
