CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
This hybrid role combines hands-on expertise in Mautic with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal developers, and the CEO. You will serve as both the technical marketing operator ensuring campaign performance and the primary contact for day-to-day value delivery of our managed deliverability and profit-optimized ESP services.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Operations & Analytics:
* Manage the Mautic stack, including installations, upgrades, plugins, and security.
* Audit and tune cron jobs via SSH in collaboration with Dev-OPS.
* Query engagement data using SQL on Amazon Athena, validate KPIs, and generate insights.
* Monitor email deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, and MXToolBox, aiming for >95% inbox placement.
* Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
* Customer Success & Coordination:
* Act as the primary success contact for assigned accounts, managing meetings, requirements, tickets, and SLAs.
* Coordinate hand-offs between development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.
* Present weekly performance reports on growth metrics and experiment results.
* Gather client feedback for backlog and optimization ideas.
* Project Prioritization & Growth:
* Manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing tasks for ROI.
* Conduct experiments (e.g., subject-line testing, segment rollouts) and measure results.
* Identify and scope new customer opportunities fitting our email volume profile.
* Qualifications:
* 2–4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, with at least 1 year as primary Mautic owner.
* Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI, and scripting.
* Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to marketers and executives.
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
* Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) is a plus.
* Bonus: Familiarity with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
* Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles.

Success Milestones (30/60/90 days):
* 30 days: Set up a new sending domain, configure DNS, warm-up, SES credentials, Mautic, and documentation.
* 60 days: Fully manage a client’s success metrics, conduct weekly syncs, resolve issues proactively.
* 90 days: Autonomously manage multiple clients end-to-end and source new customers.
