A professional who can lead the creative direction of video, ensure brand consistency, and act as the creative authority during production. /p p Reporting to the Creativity Manger, your main responsibilities will include: /p ulli Direct the conceptual and visual aspects of video productions: moodboards, storyboards, look and feel. /lili Review audiovisual deliverables before client delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative quality. /lili Collaborate with the editing team and the Creativity Manager on B2B marketing projects. /lili Adapt the visual language to the tone and needs of each client. /li /ul p strong Background Skills: /strong /pp• Solid experience in art direction applied to video (not editing). /pp • Knowledge of formats for social media and digital marketing. /pp • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). /pp • Strong brand sensitivity and ability to adapt the visual language to each client. /pp • Availability within European working hours (coordination with a team based in Barcelona). /pp • Modality: freelance, project-based collaboration. /pp • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to video production (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, or similar). /p pstrong Nice to have /strong /pulli Experience in an agency environment with tech or FMCG clients. /li /ul p strong Diversity Inclusion at Intracon /strong /pp We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
