We're looking for a Product Manager to own the what and the why of everything we build — and to do it hands-on, from zero, alongside a Tech Lead who owns the how. This is for someone who talks to users in the morning, writes the spec at noon, mocks the flow in the afternoon, and is in the room when it ships.
Define and evolve the user journey — from the first WhatsApp message to the day someone signs the purchase of their home
Turn complex financial and legal flows into simple, trustworthy digital experiences
Decide what we build next, why, and in what order — and defend those decisions with data and user evidence, not opinion
Sweat the UX detail: every screen, every word, every moment of friction or reassurance
Be the human quality gate on our AI agents — if the output is wrong, you catch it before the user does
Strong UX sensibility and aesthetic judgment
~ Comfort with data: you can pull it, read it, and make a call from it
~ You've been part of an early-stage build from zero before
