As a Business Transformation Consultant, you guide clients through procurement and finance optimization within IBM Consulting. You will shape strategies and transformation roadmaps, aligning capabilities with market needs and competitive dynamics. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive measurable improvements and embed strategic capabilities across processes, technology, and organization. You will work in a global, collaborative culture that emphasizes growth, curiosity, and responsible use of technology to deliver real client impact.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Finance and/or Procurement transformation
• Process redesign / optimization
• Target Operating Model definition (process, org, governance, KPIs/SLAs, service model)
• Shared Services / GBS centralization programs
• Technology-enabled operations improvement including automation and AI use cases
• Benchmarking, maturity models, xpzdshu and roadmaps translation
• Finance/Procurement process knowledge (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A; procurement sourcing, contract management, spend analytics)
• Consultative orientation and senior stakeholder facilitation
• Customer orientation and client-facing communication
• Team management and coaching
• Advanced English & Spanish (spoken and written)
