**Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently review, draft, and negotiate a variety of international commercial agreements in English (common law).
- Collaborate with internal business teams to ensure legal documentation accurately reflects the intended business relationships.
- Proactively identify and address potential legal risks and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in finalizing legal documents for execution.
- Provide legal support and oversight for multiple departments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay informed of new regulations and industry developments that may impact the company's business.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is a plus.
- At least 4 years of prior experience in a law firm (advisory, transactional, or regulatory work preferred).
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in common law jurisdictions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk assessment.
- Strong ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-performance results.
- Experience working with different regulatory environments worldwide, desirable.
- More than 8 years of legal experience in contracts.
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) preferred.
