With more than 20,000 employees in 130 countries, innovating across 140 world-class R&D facilities, we have the resources, leadership legacy, and partner ecosystem needed to make a meaningful impact today and in the future. #GrowWhatMattersCorteva is recruiting a Manufacturing technology/Improvement engineerThe purpose of this role is to support all internal and external Biologicals facilities within EMEA with improvements in the areas of technology, supply chain, and chemistry.Roles and Responsibilities* Complete BLAST projects in the improvement space (BLAST process training will be provided via a mentor)* Work with PTEC to become proficient with formulation chemistry* Assist plants with formulation troubleshooting* Support internal and external plants with technology transfer* Provide technical expertise to plants regarding technological changes and improvements* Lead multi-function teams* Track plant performance data and look for improvement opportunities* Evaluate and implement Management System improvements* Travel to facility locations in the Spain, Turkey and south Africa as required to support plantsQualifications and Education Requirements* At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering* 3+ years of manufacturing experience* Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams* Strong oral and written communication skills* Ability to travel throughout EMEA* Ability to travel as needed (generally this would be less than 1 week per month on average, but could be more during start-ups or extensive troubleshooting)To know more about Corteva please watch this video:
