Amaris is looking for a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA to join our dynamic and international team in Barcelona. As part of our HEMA department (Health Economics & Market Access), you will work with a team of over 80 collaborators located in 8 countries.

We are a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 collaborators, located in 8 countries (Canada, U.S.A, Spain, France, U.K., China, Bulgaria, and Tunisia), gathering more than 15 different nationalities. Our main activities are Health Economics, Evidence Value & Access, and Biostatistics.
Responsibilities
* Act as a lead analyst on projects including Health Economics (CEM, BIMs, cost-calculator, etc.), HTA submissions.
*
o Interact with the client to understand their needs.
o Identify optimal methodological solutions.
o Lead the implementation and develop high‑quality deliverables.
o Lead client meetings.
* Act as a project manager on Health Economics and HTA projects.
* Serve as the main point of contact to the client.
* Coordinate the work of team members internally.
* Represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events, contributing to the preparation of proposals.
* Provide management and technical support to other team members within the Health Economics and Market Access department.
* Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development).
* Deliver on a cluster of projects within the Health Economics and HTA team.
* Act as Project Manager, Lead Analyst, or technical advisor on projects within your specialty.
* Accountable for quality checking staffing on projects within your cluster.
* Safeguard quality of deliverables within your cluster – set standards of excellence and transmit know‑how to project teams and delivery managers.
* Support development of project extensions or proactive creation of opportunities with existing clients to strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
* Support the development of proposals within the area of expertise.
Qualifications
* Advanced degree (minimum Master’s or equivalent) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
* Over four years of relevant experience in health economics and HTA, with solid knowledge of submissions in key markets.
* Proficient in Excel and VBA; experience with R is a plus.
* Ability to independently design, organize, implement, and present project plans while working effectively within a team.
* Strong project management and leadership skills, including experience supervising project teams.
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and spoken, with clients and team members.
* Creative mindset and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem solving.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
