Job Description Summary
Responsible for organizing daily, monthly, and annual production planning based on demand and forecast. Additionally, the role will lead or support cross‑functional projects focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, or implementation of new processes/products.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master production plan.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to ensure plan feasibility.
- Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in S&OP; meetings and demand reviews.
- Lead improvement projects (PMO) in manufacturing, automation, or regulatory compliance.
- Document and report production important metrics and project progress.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or industrial project management.
- Knowledge of planning tools (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi‑functional leadership skills.
Salary Range
Salary range for this role: 28,000€ – 38,000€; €28,600.00 – €51,500.00 EUR Annual
