Full‑time Legal Counsel – Madrid
Responsibilities
* Provide senior legal support and expertise on legal issues arising from business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
* Prepare, review and negotiate contracts or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks.
* Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management and dispute settlement.
* Provide contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.
* Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters.
Qualifications
* Law degree.
* Master in business law is a plus.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm.
* Experience with public tenders.
* Knowledge of Portuguese laws and experience is a plus.
* Excellent English language skills.
* Native Spanish speaker.
