The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :
Analyzing tax compliance obligations for operations within the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with local tax laws and regulations
Monitoring and interpreting tax regulations and provide guidance to the organization
Maintaining relationships and coordinating with local tax advisors in the region to ensure effective tax planning and compliance
Reviewing income tax provisions for the region as well as maintaining internal controls related to corporate tax processes
Working closely with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient tax reporting and compliance
Managing tax audits for EMEA region
Monitoring EMEA VAT compliance
Supporting Pillar II compliance and Country-by-Country reporting
Contributing to the development and improvement of tax policies and procedures, with a particular focus on technology solutions
Assisting with tax planning and other special projects, as necessary
The following is for this role :
Bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy or taxation an accredited University
Advanced / Fluent English
5-7 years of experience in the tax department of a multinational company, or equivalent experience within a public accounting firm
Experience with tax compliance requirements across the EMEA region
The following is for this role :
experience with SAP, OneStream, and / or OneSource
experience leading a team in a global, hybrid work environment
