Maintaining operational excellence and ensuring customer (project) satisfaction by delivering electronic modules on time, on cost, and on quality.Managing manufacturing processes from design, material availability, manufacturing readiness, to production, packaging, and shipment.Planning and monitoring manufacturing activities according to the project production plan with required quality standards.Exchanging regularly with Manufacturing Engineering, EAQA, and test teams for project schedule updates.Controlling production costs.Acting as interface between Project Core Team and Extended Core Team.Assessing materials and means for production readiness.Evaluating production issues and implementing solutions, capturing lessons learned.Anticipating potential bottlenecks to prevent delays or extra costs.Supporting internal process improvements within the section.Additionally, you will :
Propose and implement improvements to production planning processes and tools.Ensure compliance with working methods and processes, and successful audits (EN9100, ISO14001).Soft Skills :
Proactivity, organization, autonomy, teamwork, customer support orientation, disciplined, methodical, and negotiation skills with diverse teams.Education & Background Requirements :
