You'll gain hands-on experience in internal communications, data analysis, and project coordination, helping us create a workplace where employees feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Survey Support: Assist with the rollout of employee surveys, including communications, tracking participation, and follow-up actions.
Data Analysis: Help analyze survey results and other engagement metrics to identify trends and insights.
Contribute to the planning and execution of engagement, wellbeing, and Inclusion initiatives.
Draft engaging content for newsletters, intranet posts, and campaign materials.
Support logistics and communications for internal events and campaigns.
Regularly update and maintain content on our internal employee experience SharePoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to analyze and interpret data (Excel, or similar tools).
SharePoint, Teams) is a plus.
