Responsibilities
- Design Paid Media strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Manage, optimize and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Native Ads and Programmatic.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creativity, analytics, SEO, CRO) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with improvement proposals.
- Manage advertising budgets ensuring spending efficiency and KPI compliance.
- Support training and supervision of junior profiles within the team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Paid Media and digital advertising.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Advanced knowledge of conversion metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Data analysis skills and ability to extract actionable insights.
- Basic level of English.
- Client management and effective communication skills.
- Proactivity, analytical thinking and results orientation.
Preferred
- Experience in TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads or Programmatic.
- Experience with automation and reporting tools (Supermetrics, Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4).
- Knowledge of audience strategies, attribution and advanced measurement.
- Experience working in agency environments.
