We are looking for a strategic communications leader to drive internal and external communications for the Neurovascular business unit. You will partner with senior leadership to shape messaging, build employee engagement, and represent Medtronic in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
Design and execute internal and external communications programs aligned with business strategy
Collaborate with global communications teams and senior leaders on priority initiatives and special projects
Engage external stakeholders, manage media activities, and participate in conferences and events
Measure communication impact through analytics and metrics, driving continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on messaging and change management
Qualifications
Extensive experience in corporate communications, advising senior leaders
Proven track record leading strategic communication programs with measurable impact
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to internal audiences
Expertise in change communication and organizational transformation
Experience working in a integral, matrixed organization preferred
