Program Manager – Agentic Firmware & Solutions DevelopmentWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex firmware, embedded systems, and AI-enabled software development programs. This customer-facing role will drive delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and the adoption of agentic/AI-driven SDLC practices to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & GovernanceLead firmware, embedded systems, and AI-enabled development programs using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.Act as the primary point of contact, aligning global teams with client priorities and roadmaps.Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation.Drive governance and ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations.Delivery & ExecutionTrack and report progress across scope, schedule, quality, and delivery metrics.Maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and dashboards.Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven program management.Technical LeadershipProvide technical guidance across firmware, embedded systems, and agentic SDLC initiatives.Support architecture alignment, integration challenges, release readiness, and quality governance.Collaborate with global engineering teams to remove delivery bottlenecks.Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with customer, engineering, and executive stakeholders.Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions clearly and effectively.Coordinate closely with offshore delivery teams and leadership.Qualifications:Required15+ years of experience in product engineering/services, including 10+ years in program or delivery leadership.Proven experience managing large-scale firmware and embedded systems programs.Strong understanding of embedded SDLC, Agile methodologies, and AI/agentic development practices.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience working with global delivery teams.Native-level Spanish and strong English communication skills.PreferredDegree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience with enterprise-scale clients.Familiarity with embedded toolchains, CI/CD, OOP concepts, and low-level systems development.Why Join?Work on high-impact Salesforce transformation projectsExposure to large-scale data migration & integration challengesCollaborative, fast-paced global environmentCompetitive salary open for market rates, CIM or Employment contract collaborationAbout UsAscendion is a global AI-first software engineering company delivering innovative solutions across AI, Cloud, Data, Automation, and Product Engineering.
