Your Role
Offer top-notch customer assistance via phone, chat, email, and social channels
Tackle account and payment-related queries with professionalism and precision
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions

Your Profile
Fluent in Spanish & solid C1 English (as confirmed by assessment)
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Genuine dedication to customer satisfaction
Strong communicator with empathetic approach
Quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented
Available for full-time, on-site shifts (24/7 rotation including nights/weekends)
Versátil with 2 rotating days off
