Responsibilities
* Customer service via phone and handling of sales inquiries.
* Closing sales and ensuring that leads are converted into customers.
* Providing personalized advice, identifying needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions.
* Handling objections and negotiating in a results-oriented manner.
* Tracking leads and managing them through a CRM system.
* Providing administrative support, including preparing and managing contracts.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in telephone sales or customer service (telemarketing).
* Fluency in English.
* Knowledge of sales techniques, lead management, and CRM.
* Experience in the financial, automotive, or service sectors is a plus.
* Proficiency with computer software.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
* Flexibility with working hours.
