In this Barcelona-based role, you will own the governance and continuous improvement of our project portfolio to ensure strategic alignment and value realization. You’ll act as the day-to-day owner, maintaining processes, coordinating demand, and providing clear reporting for sound investment and delivery decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain an integrated view of scope, schedule, capacity, and financials. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape portfolio practices and drive outcomes in a global IT environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Operate end-to-end project portfolio lifecycle (intake, prioritization, planning, execution tracking, sunsetting).
• Maintain portfolio inventory and roadmap with metadata (scope, KPIs, risks, dependencies, milestones, financials).
• Prepare and facilitate governance forums (agenda, materials, minutes, actions).
• Track portfolio performance via KPIs and dashboards; advise leadership on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, benefits realization tracking.
• Drive cross-team alignment (Technology, Security, People & Culture, Procurement, Operations) to resolve blockers.
• Improve portfolio practices and tooling (PPM tools, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI/Tableau). xpzdshu
• Support decommissioning and rationalization to focus investments on high-value initiatives.

Responsabilidades
• 3 years of experience in project portfolio management, PMO, or related delivery governance role in technology
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of PPM and ITSM frameworks (e.g., Agile/SAFe, ITIL) and tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or PPM suites
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and at least one visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau)
• Stakeholder management and clear communication across business, technology, and leadership; experience facilitating governance forums
• Basic financial acumen (budget tracking, cost/benefit, benefits realization) and fluency in English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical use
