PROJECT DESCRIPTIONLegends Global is proud to partner again with FC Barcelona, one of the most iconic institutions in world sport, as the club advances its long‑term vision to elevate its premium experience and transform the Spotify Camp Nou.Following the success of the first phase — during which Legends Global led the commercialization of the stadium’s entire VIP Hospitality portfolio — this next chapter represents a historic evolution: the launch and commercialization of a new category of VIP assets with long‑term financial value, offered through an innovative licensing‑based model.This second project marks a decisive step in expanding and strengthening the club’s premium offering, contributing to the development of strategic assets aimed at high‑value corporate clients and partners.THE ROLEThe Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the team and a key driver for project organization and content creation for multi‑channel marketing and sales campaigns.You will be responsible for supporting marketing campaign management, executing compelling content that supports our sales goals, elevates the brand story, and inspires businesses to engage with and support the transformation of FC Barcelona’s stadium.The Marketing Manager will help design and execute compelling digital marketing and advertising campaigns alongside the Legends team and FCB marketing and communications teams to optimise the performance of the premium sales team.We are looking for a self‑starter, who is confident in their abilities and able to work effectively while managing multiple priorities. This individual should be highly organised and able to balance strategic problem solving with creative thinking.WHAT WE CAN OFFER- Childcare vouchers to make family life a little easier.- Comprehensive health insurance with Aegon to keep yourself and your loved ones covered.- Company support to get your game on with your favourite sporting activities and keep you active.- A pension scheme with Generali so your future is just as bright as today.- A Pluxee restaurant card to treat yourself to great meals.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReporting to the Sales Director, the Marketing Manager’s responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:- Assist in the creation, implementation, management, and measurement of omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, sponsored events, paid search, display ads, retargeting, direct mail, etc.).- Coordinate with Legends management and sales team to leverage marketing assets, campaigns and create special events to achieve sales objectives.- Collaborate with FC Barcelona and Legends Global Sales to maintain brand integrity and authenticity throughout all campaigns and production of marketing materials.- Develop a wide variety of compelling copy and video content for website, campaigns, sales materials, sales centre and other digital marketing channels.- Organise and manage content/asset library for campaigns, sales materials, sales centre and other digital marketing channels.- Ensure marketing plans stay on track by handling multiple moving projects simultaneously from origin to execution.- Meet deadlines and work with changing priorities.- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and gain insight to assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a campaign, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a similar field (B.A.) from a four‑year college, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.- 2 to 4 years of demonstrated experience in marketing and content creation.- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that are engaging and sales‑focused.- Strong copywriting skills to drive lead conversion and sales results.- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
