In this role you drive pan-European sourcing and savings initiatives across indirect categories, shaping how commercial and manufacturing functions manage external spend. You will partner with spend owners and finance to deliver measurable cost and service improvements, while guiding country-level sourcing and end-to-end procurement projects from opportunity to contract signature. The role focuses on reducing supplier risk and complexity, achieving contracted spend growth, and reporting outcomes to key stakeholders to support regional performance.

• Lead pan-European sourcing and savings initiatives across marketing, professional services, IT, telecoms, and HR services (u003e100K spend)
• Support and guide country-level sourcing initiatives (u003c100K spend) to align with regional/general strategies
• Develop and execute category-level sourcing strategies with spend owners and finance
• Own end-to-end procurement projects from opportunity identification to contract signature with defined savings/implementation targets
• Drive competitive tendering, negotiations, and contracting to bring high-spend suppliers under contract and support 10K–100K suppliers
• Manage supplier performance and development, including risk reduction and continuity of supply
• Rationalize supplier base to reduce complexity and grow spend with contracted suppliers
• Report savings, contracts, and project outcomes and lead regional reviews with stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of indirect procurement experience with international scope
• Minimum 6 years of sourcing, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts for services and goods
• Professional procurement certification (e.g., Certified Purchasing Manager or equivalent)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
