We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead a team of Software Developers and DevOps Engineers responsible for building, improving, and operating critical internal applications and platforms.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership, people management, and product thinking. You’ll help shape engineering practices, guide technical direction, support team development, and ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions across the business.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team across software development and DevOps.
* Owning the delivery, operational quality, and ongoing evolution of internal applications and services.
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
* Driving engineering best practices including CI/CD, automation, observability, code quality, and operational reliability.
* Supporting architectural and technical decision making across platforms and applications.
* Helping teams balance delivery speed with scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.
* Removing blockers, improving workflows, and creating an environment where engineers can thrive.
* Coaching, mentoring, and supporting career development across the team.
