We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and knows how to turn complexity into clarity. If you're the kind of person who anticipates needs before they're voiced and takes genuine pride in making things run seamlessly, keep reading.

About the Role
You'll be the right hand of our Business Director at La Roca Village — a strategic partner, not just an administrator. Day to day, that means owning a complex, multi-timezone calendar; coordinating travel and logistics end to end; managing high-volume communications with speed and discretion; and supporting cross-functional projects across our European Village network.

What you'll own
Schedule & Meetings: Management of complex, multi-timezone calendars; agenda preparation; alignment and coordination across directors.

Travel & Logistics: End-to-end travel planning, including coordination with ATPI and preparation of detailed travel itineraries and packs.

Communications: Email management and drafting, ensuring clear and effective communication; liaison across Villages at European level.

Project Support: Preparation of reports and briefings, milestone tracking, and management of budgets and expenses.

What we are looking for

Proven experience as Executive or Personal Assistant in an international, high-pace environment.

Excellent written and verbal English, you write as well as you organise.

Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and sound judgement under pressure.

A proactive mindset, you solve problems before they become problems.

Comfortable working across geographies and cultures.

This is not only a support role but a trust one. You'll have direct access to the Business Director, visibility over strategic priorities, and real influence over how the office operates. Discretion and reliability are non‐negotiable.
