At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector. You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical banking systems.
Main responsibilities:
* Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
* Deployments and testing for new projects.
* Obsolescence management and patching activities.
* Handling user requests and internal client support.
* Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.
* Answering product-related queries, including: Product usage and design, Configuration, Software updates, Third-party integrations
* Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
* Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
* Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
️ Technical Environment
* Operating Systems: Windows Server / Linux
* Databases: SQL / Oracle
* Tools & Technologies: ServiceNow, Jira, DynaTrace, PowerShell, Autosys, CyberArk, Citrix, HVD
* Collaboration tools: Teams / Outlook
Who are you?
* 3–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support.
* Experience in banking or critical environments (highly valued).
* Solid knowledge of: SQL / Oracle (basic-to-intermediate DBA level), Windows & Linux Servers
* ITIL framework: Experience working with SLAs.
* Good level of english.
* Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
