Kick-start your junior management career and become part of our international destination management team as one of our **Team Managers **in** Costa Dorada.**
**ABOUT THE JOB**:
- You will lead, engage, develop and retain a team of international sales & service reps in your own small destination or a designated geographical region within a large destination.
- You will invest in new colleagues - building confidence and equipping them to succeed whilst monitoring and driving performance of those more experienced.
- You will be regularly on the frontline leading by example - be it coaching, closing sales or resolving escalating problems on the spot. This includes being an advocate of our evolving digital sales & service tools.
- Whatever the challenge - you will always keep people engagement at the heart of everything you do.
- You will be constantly aware of your team performance vs. target and be happy to support and performance manage those under target if required.
- Finally - you will support your wider destination in general including the back-office team and you may also support/cover the airport operation as and when required.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- A true people person and great team player who stays calm in a crisis.
- Confident to drive high performance and manage the good and the bad.
- Comfortable to analyse data to develop sales and service action plans to exceed set targets.
- A proven track record in delivering sales and service results wherever you go.
- Previous experience in tourism/working in destination will be very helpful.
- Valid Driving License and happy to drive abroad.
- Fully conversational in English.
