The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

- Driving Agency Directory revenue - Own tracking and reporting systems end-to-end - Coordinating cross-department execution (Marketing, Sales, Content, Dev) - Eliminating operational blockers - Ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable results

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
- Own Agency Directory revenue performance, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing - Oversee key growth levers: Email campaigns, SEO, social, sponsorship launches, site features rollouts - Own all marketing tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio (must be able to build and QA GTM events yourself) - Create a strategic growth roadmap with measurable milestones - Report weekly on performance and proactively address challenges - Manage digital marketing activities to achieve rapid and consistent growth - Work closely with team leaders to define marketing promotions, initiatives, and special offers - Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven hands-on experience as a marketing leader - Experience managing and leading a team - Proven experience in B2B marketing - Experience growing social media channels - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong, goal-oriented mindset - Ability to strategize and solve problems - Availability to work 6 AM to 3 PM EST
