Amplifon is looking for a talented Planning & Controlling Specialist to join our local, multinational, Finance team.The function will report directly to the local Head of Controlling. The role is key in supporting the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.The role will ensure right control of investments in line with results and support in determining long and short-term financial goals.You are going to work in a truly fast-paced environment in a business constantly evolving where you will be part of a new challenge with great empowerment and (international) growth opportunities.
**The Planning & Controlling Specialist will be accountable for**:
- Preparation, review & validation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Analyze Business Activities and Financial results
- Prepare and review monthly reporting to local Leadership Team and Corporate Functions
- Prepare the 3Years Strategic Plan and the monthly forecast
- Oversee Opex and Capex investment in line with targets
- Oversee indirect costs saving tracking
- Provide advice on Business improvement and support Management decision by thorough analysis.
**What are we looking for?**
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Finance role, ideally within Planning & Controlling
- Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment
