How You’ll Make An Impact
* Implement Siemens Energy’s cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with defined standards and processes.
* Collaborate with business partners to effectively handle cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities, ensuring clear communication throughout.
* Coordinate with IT teams and contractors to achieve cybersecurity detection and engineering objectives, encouraging a collaborative environment.
* Analyze and evaluate trends in the cybersecurity landscape, providing actionable solutions to mitigate identified risks.
* Coordinate and enable the effective implementation of the Siemens Energy Cybersecurity Detection and Engineering Operations framework MitreAtt&ck ensuring use cases and playbooks achieve the goals in the Siemens Energy Cybersecurity Detection and Engineering and business environment
* Prepare and deliver training and advisories to enhance the cybersecurity capabilities of our team and partners.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
* Proficiency in SIEM tools and a solid understanding of the Mitre Att&ck Framework.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux systems, as well as antivirus and EDR tools.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and security tools, complemented by relevant SANS training in monitoring, detection, and cyber defense operations.
* Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1) to effectively communicate with diverse teams.
* A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to leading change in the cybersecurity domain.
