Being in a fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and with recent acquisition of the Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrophysiology Mapping Specialist to join our team to further drive the growth of the business. Reporting to the Iberia Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Operating Unit, this role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Staff on the optimal use of the Mapping and Ablation System. The working territory will be the Pais Vasco, and you will be expected to be located in the region.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Deliver expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP Lab staff on the use of key technologies including the AfferaTM Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA over-the-wire ablation system, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation system* Provide in-depth product expertise through sales presentations, hands-on product demonstrations, installations and ongoing support to ensure successful technology adoption across hospital stakeholders* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by acting as a trusted partner and resource* Develop and sustain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of company products while staying informed on competitor offerings, features and differentiators* Demonstrate composure and critical thinking in high-stress situations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach* Collaborate closely with account teams and Sales Managers, contributing to regular territory reviews and strategic planning* Serve as a key liaison between sales teams and technical staff to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline* At least 4 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and product* Background in Cardiology or experience as a Cardiac Physiologist* Fluency in English and Spanish* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation* A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive for excellence* Holds a valid driving license with a clean record* A strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems is highly advantageousMedtronic is committed to safeguarding the principle of non-discrimination in employment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity, as set out in Article 14 of the Constitution and Articles 17 and 18 of the Workers' Statute, as well as Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on effective equality between women and men and Law 4/2023 for the real and effective equality of transgender people and the protection of LGTBI rights.
