To further accelerate our growth and strengthen our leading position, we are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Development Sales Representative for the Benelux Market to join our team in Barcelona.
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
Our Development Sales Representatives are responsible for developing the customer portfolio by identifying sales opportunities and promoting our technology and brand to accelerate growth. Responsibilities include:
Building new customer relationships throughout the region by prospecting small and medium companies;
Initiating contact with accounts across channels, creating awareness, and conducting needs discovery to set appointments;
Handling inbound and outbound calls to build a pipeline and deliver results;
Prospecting via research, emails, and calls to nurture prospects;
Qualifying leads and logging data accurately in our systems;
Following guidelines to create awareness and urgency for fleet management solutions;
Collaborating with marketing on outreach campaigns and events;
Working with channel managers to develop prospecting strategies;
Ensuring thorough qualification of opportunities before passing to the field;
Attending meetings and team sessions.
Who are you?

Have advanced software skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus;
Are proactive in contacting customers, even with no prior experience;
Can handle objections and build rapport with stakeholders;
Are results-driven, persistent, motivated, persuasive, and team-oriented;
Possess prospecting skills and effective objection handling;
Have strong communication and writing skills;
Are fluent in Dutch and English.
