A distinguished Premium Spirits Group is looking for a Program Manager who will effectively manage information technology projects and programs in order to align them with the strategy and generate value.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Report status of IT projects to the Chief management board of the company.
- Develop and implement agile methodologies for IT projects that seek the institutionalization of the processes for the management of PMO projects.
- Monitor and control the performance of IT projects and programs whose management is assigned to the PMO.
- Develop staff skills, manage their training and coaching.
- Participate in the planning of the company's digital strategy.
- The activities are not limited to those listed but to all those that are required to achieve the objectives of your position.
**COMPETENCES AND SKILLS** - Advanced Excel - Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure - Experience in ERP implementations - Management of Software for Project Management and Activity Planning.
- Control and management of cash flow.
- Process management.
- Agile project management methodologies (Agile and Scrum) - Continuous improvement - Leadership and motivation.
- Communication.
**REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Desirable PMP certification - Proficiency in English (ability to handle the whole interview in English).
**Salary**: $62,****** per month COVID-19 considerations: Most of the process is handled online.
