Development of our warehouse and transport organisation in Spain. /p pbYour Responsibilities: /b /pp· Functional and disciplinary management of your team /pp· Key-figure-based management with request to optimize processes /pp· Support and development of existing customers, as well as participation in acquiring potential new customers /pp· Preparation of quotes for new business in warehousing and transportation /pp· Management of external service providers /pp· Budgeting and reporting to the management /p pbYour Profile: /b /ppb• /bA university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a completed advanced vocational training program (Formación Profesional de Grado Superior), ideally in logistics and transportation. /pp• Several years of practical experience in the operational management of a warehouse/contract logistics site or experience in comparable industry’s /pp• Strong leadership skills /pp• Experience in developing new client business, including preparing proposals /pp• Knowledge of the design and costing of warehouse/intralogistics solutions as well as the onboarding of new customers /pp• Empathetic and communicative personality /pp• Ability to solve problems based on KPIs and to implement improvement measures /pp• Good English and Spanish skills and strong affinity for IT. /p pYour application has to be in English. /ppbr/ppbContact Person: /b /ppLars Brand /ppE-Mail: /p
