The Account Manager B2B Sales will act as a key commercial link between flower growers and business clients—navigating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in strong Moldova /strong ; some of your daily tasks include: /p ullib Drive Sales Close Deals: /b Actively source and engage new business clients. Use strategic and creative approaches (including cold calling) to grow your market. /lilib Manage Relationships: /b Build a portfolio of buyers and guide them through the full buying cycle—from onboarding to repeat business. /lilib Market Expansion: /b Spot new opportunities in the region and help shape our growth strategy with local insights. /lilib Sourcing Negotiation: /b Identify, source, and negotiate flower offers directly with growers via our platform to secure the best market opportunities for your customers. /lilib Order Monitoring: /b Track order status daily, reacting promptly to any changes to act accordingly. /lilib Customer Visits Representation: /b Travel to meet clients and attend trade events, building trust and long-term partnerships. /lilib Operational Excellence: /b Ensure smooth operations—from logistics to payments—working closely with internal teams. /lilib Collaboration Communication: /b Work closely with the procurement team to build lasting relationships with clients and growers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
