Overview Data Analyst
Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Data Analyst to join our Group Marketing Team, reporting to the Group Head of Web development & Analytics. The Data Analyst role is key to the success of Verisure’s Digital Marketing Team and focuses on data collection and analysis to support growth and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities Improving the quality and consistency of digital marketing tracking, collaborating with technical teams to maintain a robust data infrastructure and ensure the integrity of analytics data.
Designing, building, and maintaining marketing performance dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for diverse stakeholders.
Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into data requirements, and deliver actionable insights through analysis and visual storytelling.
Partnering with teams across the organization (Product, CRM, Web) to identify data opportunities, support campaign measurement, and foster a data-driven culture.
Extracting and manipulating data using SQL to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
Contributing to the development and lifecycle of Adtech products, including participation in requirements, data architecture design, and ongoing maintenance.

Candidate Profile Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Data Analyst to join our Group Marketing Team, reporting to the Group Head of Web development & Analytics. This role supports the Digital Marketing Team and contributes to Verisure’s growth through data-driven insights.
Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis within a digital marketing or Adtech environment.
Experience working in multinational or cross-market teams is a plus.
Technical Skills Good understanding of digital tracking technologies, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and custom event tracking.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360).
Knowledge of marketing KPIs, attribution models, customer journey analysis, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation across large datasets.
Ability to handle large datasets and navigate data warehouse environments (BigQuery a plus).
Basic understanding of Python or R for automation and exploratory data analysis is an advantage.
Analytical & Business Acumen Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and deliver actionable insights.
Knowledge of conversion funnel analysis, CRO strategies, and campaign optimization.
Experience with A / B testing design, analysis, and interpretation is a plus.
Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, CRM, Design, and Content.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Languages Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Other languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, or Nordic languages) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Exposure to Adtech environments, CDPs, or server-side tracking.
Experience with automated reporting solutions or building data pipelines.
Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning use cases.
Certifications such as Google Analytics, Tableau / Power BI, or Meta / Google Ads certifications.
