About the job:
As a Junior CX Strategy Consultant, you will support the development of customer experience strategies that align with client business goals. You will assist in market research, data analysis, and preparation of business cases to drive customer-centric transformation. Working closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to strategic recommendations and help implement innovative CX solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research & Analysis:
Support market research, customer insights gathering, and competitive benchmarking.
2. Strategy Support:
Assist in developing CX recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
3. Business Case Preparation:
Contribute to ROI analyses and strategic justifications for CX initiatives.
4. Client Engagement Support:
Help prepare workshop materials, document insights, and assist in client presentations.
5. Collaboration:
Work with internal teams (design, technology) to align CX strategies with execution plans.
