Role Overview
The Brand & PR Specialist / Supervisor will support the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, media activations, PR initiatives and brand experiences across Spain, ensuring smooth operational delivery and strong alignment between internal stakeholders, external agencies and brand objectives.
This role is critical in supporting high-quality event execution, media relations and communication activities, while managing day-to-day coordination with agencies, suppliers and media partners to ensure consistency across all event and PR touchpoints.
The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Coordination & Operational Management
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, product launches, press drives, dealer events and brand activations.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with external event agencies, suppliers and production partners.
- Prepare event briefings and operational requirements for agencies and external partners.
- Ensure operational alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables and execution standards to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of operational documents including run of show, guest lists and logistics plans.
- Support onsite event management and troubleshoot operational issues when required.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, on budget and according to brand standards.
1. PR & Media Coordination
- Review and coordinate press kits, press releases and media materials ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Support the development and execution of PR plans aligned with product launches, corporate milestones and brand campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate press fleet operations including vehicle allocation, logistics, scheduling and media requests.
- Support media and guest management processes including invitations, confirmations, attendance tracking and VIP coordination.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, communication teams and media partners before, during and after events.
- Assist in drafting and adapting PR materials, media alerts, speeches, Q&A; documents and briefing notes when required.
- Support media relations activities including journalist outreach, interview coordination and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate media logistics, hospitality management, accreditation processes and onsite press support.
- Monitor media coverage, press clippings and industry news to support reporting and competitive awareness.
- Assist in the preparation of post-event reports, PR performance summaries and recap presentations.
- Ensure all PR and communication activities are aligned with corporate messaging, brand tone and reputational standards.
- Support crisis communication coordination and escalation processes when necessary.
1. Agency & Supplier Management
- Coordinate external agencies and suppliers involved in event production, PR activities and execution.
- Follow up on timelines, quotations, deliverables and operational requirements.
- Ensure agency execution is aligned with project objectives and brand expectations.
- Support quality control across all event- and PR-related outputs and touchpoints.
4. Stakeholder & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Event Manager on project planning, priorities and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, marketing, sales, digital and design teams.
- Support presentations, reporting and coordination with the Marketing Department Director.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders involved in each project.
5. Budget & Administrative Support
- Support budget tracking and cost control processes.
- Assist with supplier documentation, invoices and administrative coordination.
- Monitor event- and PR-related expenses and ensure proper process compliance.
Profile Requirements
- +4 years’ experience in similar positions within the Automotive Industry.
- Studies in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Events Management.
- Experience coordinating agencies, suppliers, media partners and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Solid understanding of PR workflows, media relations and corporate communications.
- Experience supporting media events, press management and communication agencies.
- Ability to manage sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are considered a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
- Availability to travel and support onsite event execution when required.
