- At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager – Relocation Spain.
- Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
- Degree: Grade.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
- Formal training in cryptography / cybersecurity (e.g., university coursework or industry training).
- Proven leadership as Project Lead / Program Manager / Chief Engineer / Product Owner in multi‑disciplinary environments.
- Systems engineering lifecycle training (requirements, V&V;, configuration and change management).
- Hands‑on delivery involving key management, HSM/secure elements, HW/SW crypto integration, or FPGA/SoC‑based security functions.
- Experience with space systems (LEO/MEO/GEO), ground segment, or protected tactical communications is a strong plus.
- V&V; & Qualification: test planning and execution (functional, performance, robustness, environmental where applicable), DO‑254‑style rigor for hardware assurance (mindset and process discipline).
- Crypto Modules & Assurance: FIPS 140‑3 concepts, secure enclaves/HSMs, anti‑tamper principles; TEMPEST/EMSEC exposure desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of crypto‑space projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
- Act as the main technical authority for secure communications and cryptographic subsystems in space and ground segments.
- Define and validate security architectures, key management schemes, and crypto‑enabled system designs.
- Ensure full requirements traceability and compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Oversee verification, validation, and qualification activities, ensuring readiness for customer acceptance.
- Manage risk, configuration control, change management, and project governance deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable space, defense, and cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering teams and align technical workstreams across HW, SW, FPGA/SoC, and system engineering.
- Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, primes, subcontractors, and certification authorities.
