We are looking for a Head Chef specialized in Nikkei (Japanese‑Peruvian fusion) cuisine to join the kitchen team at a luxury hotel in Mallorca.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high‑end Nikkei restaurant, ensuring smooth service and outstanding dish quality.
* Prepare and supervise food production, including sushi, with a focus on precision and consistency.
* Efficiently manage inventory, ordering, and food costs.
* Ensure delivery of high‑quality dishes consistently.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading kitchen operations in a luxury or high‑end hospitality setting.
* Strong culinary skills, with expertise in Japanese‑Peruvian fusion cuisine and in delivering high‑quality dishes, including sushi.
* Experience in inventory management, procurement, and cost control.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
