WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Around 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a consumer-focused environment.
* Experience with Jira & Confluence
* Experience acting as a bridge between Business and Technology departments
* Experience creating User stories and user epics
* SQL knowledge
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong experience with agile methodologies
* English and French fluency.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
* Crate documentation that includes user stories and include the necessary requierements to deploy the solution. .
* Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems to improve consumer service.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
* Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer engagement
* Ensure that business requirements are documented and communicated effectively to technical teams.
