Role Summary
This position encompasses both Sales and Account Management responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with 35‐50 email publishers. You act as the bridge between the publisher and Exoclick's monetization tools, ensuring publishers reach their revenue goals while staying compliant with network guidelines. You will report numbers and portfolio status to the Email Team Manager and the Head of Publishing.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Optimization: Daily monitoring of publisher performance to suggest improvements in monetization.
Growth Planning: Identify and qualify new leads to expand your assigned portfolio.
Relationship Management: Build long‐term loyalty through proactive communication and fast issue resolution.
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (tasks, QBRs, and pipeline status).
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in the email industry, preferably on the supply/publisher side, focusing on monetizing traffic. Prior experience with dating advertising inventory and dating email marketing will be highly appreciated.
Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of online digital advertising and the general needs of online advertisers and publishers.
Business Acumen: Proven experience in business development and account management, with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
Technical Skills
Experience managing, monitoring, and planning email databases using CPC and CPM models.
Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets for data analysis.
Basic technical skills, including familiarity with HTML and analytics tools.
Language: Fluent English is a must. Additional languages (Spanish, French, Russian) are highly valued.
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
